Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

At Yapi Yol Trafik, across all our road marking and traffic safety applications in highways, active industrial facilities, and parking areas, we operate with the unwavering awareness that human life is our most valuable asset. Recognizing the high-risk profile of our field operations, protecting the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and field stakeholders is our primary priority and core corporate responsibility.

In line with this commitment, the foundational principles of our OHS policy are:

  • Full Compliance with Regulations & Standards

In every project we execute, we strictly comply with all national legislation—primarily Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety—as well as highway technical standards and international OHS norms.

  • Risk Analysis & Proactive Approach

From active high-speed highways to high-density logistics zones inside factories, we conduct comprehensive risk assessments before commencing work in any site area. By identifying hazards at their source, we proactively implement preventative measures against workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

  • Safe Fleet & Certified PPE Usage

We enforce the mandatory and full use of certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) tailored to the specific nature and risk profile of each job site. Furthermore, we maintain maximum field safety by conducting timely periodic maintenance and OHS inspections on all vehicles and heavy machinery in our owned fleet.

  • Safe Site Management & Traffic Control

To ensure the utmost safety of both our teams and third parties on active road lines and logistics paths, we deploy lane closures, high-visibility reflective signage, and early warning systems strictly designed according to international standards.

  • Continuous Training & Safety Culture

We conduct regular, hands-on field training to continuously develop safety awareness and safe work behaviors among our entire workforce. We promote health and safety not merely as a set of mandatory rules, but as an ingrained working and living culture.

  • Continuous Audit & Improvement

We constantly audit our field safety performance and leverage gathered metrics to upgrade our OHS management system daily—steadfastly pursuing our ultimate goal of “Zero Workplace Accidents.”
